David Jayden Anthony – Composer | Voice & Acting Coach | Educator

David Jayden Anthony is a multifaceted artist, educator, and arts leader whose career bridges the worlds of musical theatre, voice and acting instruction, choral writing, and arts education administration. With over two decades of experience shaping performers and productions across the country, David is known for his passion, precision, and deep commitment to developing the next generation of storytellers.

A native of California and a graduate of Berklee College of Music in both Songwriting and Music Production, David is currently completing his MFA in Musical Theatre Writing at Berklee’s New York campus. He has taught voice, acting, and musical theatre at prestigious institutions including Saddleback College, The Young Americans College of the Performing Arts, and the Orange County School of the Arts. As a creative leader, he helped launch a new arts high school in Riverside, co-founded a New Works program for developing musicals, and has directed and music-directed dozens of productions ranging from summer stock to large-scale galas with Broadway alumni.

David’s original choral arrangements are performed internationally through his platform ChoirCharts.com, and he has multiple original musicals and a book on vocal pedagogy in development. As a voice and acting coach, he’s trained hundreds of students—from rising professionals to seasoned performers—helping each find their voice, sharpen their craft, and step into the spotlight with confidence and authenticity.

Whether coaching one-on-one, creating new work, or leading a classroom, David brings joy, clarity, and heart to everything he does. His mission is simple: to help artists use their voice—onstage and in life—with power, purpose, and pride.
